FBH leaves the Forschungsverbund Berlin

The Board of Trustees of the Forschungsverbund Berlin e.V. (FVB) decided on April 8 that the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut fuer Hoechstfrequenztechnik would leave the umbrella of FVB on January 1, 2021. FBH Director Professor Dr. Günther Tränkle’s request of September 2019 has therefore been granted.

The directors of the seven remaining FVB institutes continue to see the Forschungsverbund Berlin as a promising model for success that should now be updated in altered form and composition.
