DIE ZEIT, Handelsblatt, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Tagesspiegel, WirtschaftsWoche and Ströer, together with around 500 companies, foundations and associations, are taking a stand against right-wing extremism and committing to freedom, diversity and a welcoming culture with their campaign "#Zusammenland - Vielfalt macht uns stark".
The "#Zusammenland - Vielfalt macht uns stark" campaign was launched on February 15, 2024 with a double-page spread in newspapers and on digital outdoor advertising throughout Germany. After the launch, the motif will continue to be played out in newspapers, in public spaces and on social media.
The Forschungsverbund Berlin has participated in the campaign with all of its seven Institutes. To conduct innovative research, diversity, freedom of science and international openness are non-negotiable values. The Forschungsverbund employs scientists from over 60 nations and wants to maintain a respectful working environment. It stands with all those who have demonstrated in the last few months in support of human dignity, democracy and the rule of law.
